You may apply for your license in person at Halfway Home Pet Adoptions located at 4400 Raytown Road.

The shelter has been privatized. A $2.00 surcharge will be added to each license purchased at this location. If you wish to avoid this surcharge, you may purchase your pet’s license by mail.
