You may pay for your annual animal license in one of the following ways:

Through the mail with a check or money order made payable to "City of Kansas City",
In person with cash, check or money order at the Kansas City, Missouri Animal Shelter, or
If you have received a renewal notice in the mail and are not required to submit an updated rabies vaccination certificate, you may be eligible to make payment online with a major credit card (Visa / MasterCard / AmEx / Discover. A $1.75 service fee will apply for each electronic payment
