Licensing Ordinance

All dogs over the age of four months must be vaccinated for rabies and licensed with the City of Antioch within 30 days of ownership/possession or new residence in the City of Antioch.

The City of Antioch requires dogs to wear the license tag at all times. If the tag is not on the animal, Animal Control Officers are not required to return the dog to the owner’s home, and the dog may be impounded at the owner’s expense.
