Senior License Fees

You may be exempt from paying the full dog license fee if:

1. You are a resident of Culver City.
2. You are 60 years of age or older;
3. Your Total Adjusted Gross Income, as used for purposes of the California Personal Income Tax Law, was no more than $18,200 for the last calendar year;
   AND
   The combined Adjusted Gross Income of all members of the household in which you reside was no more than $21,500;
   OR
4. You are a resident of Culver City who meets the criterion of Disability, as established by the Social Security Administration’s Supplemental Security income (SSI) Program for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled (Title SVI of the Social Security Act as amended), without regard to your age.

To apply:

1. Please fill out the application form (below).
2. Include proof of income and age (60+) or proof of SSI disability. This paperwork will be returned and will not be required again.
3. Include a valid rabies certificate for each pet to be licensed.
4. Include proof of spay/neuter status for each pet if applicable.
5. Each pet’s microchip number.
