Past Due Notice

You have received a Past Due notice for your pet's Fulton County Animal License. Our records indicate that we mailed the first notice to you approximately six weeks ago, and have not received a response.

Above your name on the card you received is the Reference Number you should use when contacting us about your notice. Also listed on the front of the card is your pet's name, the license fee that is due at this time, and the rabies vaccination expiration date that we have on file for your pet. If the vaccination has expired or is about to expire, we will need a new rabies certificate in addition to your payment.

If your pet is deceased, you no longer own the pet, you have moved out of Fulton County, or your address is outside of the county, please contact us so that we may change our records. If you have recently purchased a Fulton County Animal License, please make sure the tag your received states, "AN LICENSE, FULTON CO", and the tag number is six digits. If this is the correct tag, your record will be updated shortly. You may disregard the notice or email Customer Service.
