Licensing Ordinance

All dogs 3 months of age and older must be vaccinated against rabies and licensed with the Town of Prescott Valley.

Due Date

Payment for your license is due within 10 days of the expiration of your current license. If you are licensing for the first time, all dogs 3 months of age or older must be vaccinated against rabies and licensed with the Town of Prescott Valley.

A late fee is added to the license fee if your license is not renewed within 10 days of the license expiration date. The late fee is $10.

License Term

Initial licenses will be valid from the date of purchase, but cannot be valid longer than the dog’s current rabies vaccination. Renewal licenses will be valid from the dog’s prior license expiration date.
