Renewal Notice

You have received a Renewal Notice for your pet's University Park Animal License. Our records indicate that your pet's previous license will be expiring soon and that payment should now be made to renew your license.

If your pet’s rabies vaccination is also expiring, please have your pet re-vaccinated. Then, mail a copy of the new rabies certificate with the renewal notice and payment. Your renewal notice will show the expiration date of your previous license and the rabies vaccination on file. If the rabies vaccination has expired, a new rabies certificate will be required to renew your license. Above your name on the notice you received is the Reference Number you should use when contacting us.

If this is the second notice that we have mailed to you, your animal license has expired, and your pet’s license is past due. If you have not yet renewed your pet’s license, please do so within 10 days.

If your pet is deceased, you no longer own the pet, you have moved out of University Park, or your home address is not in University Park, please contact us so that we may change our records. If you are outside University Park, contact the Animal Services Department in your City or County to find out the licensing requirements for your area.
