Final Notice

The orange postcard is the Third Notice that has been mailed to you to request payment for your pet's license. A late fee has been added to your amount due since the license was not purchased by the due date. At this time, please either make payment or see the instructions below if you believe we have mailed this notice in error.

Above your name on the card you received is the Reference Number you should use when contacting us about your notice. The date next to the number is the rabies vaccination expiration date that we have on file for your pet. Also listed on the front of the card is your pet's name and the license fee that is due at this time.

If your pet is deceased, you no longer own the pet, you have moved out of the City of Antioch, or your address is outside of the city, please contact us so that we may change our records.

If you have recently purchased an Antioch Dog License, please make sure you have a tag that states “City of Antioch.”, and a license receipt with a future license expiration date. If you have a current license from the City of Antioch and receive a third notice, please contact us for assistance.

To pay for your license quickly and conveniently, you may make payment online via major credit card, unless additional paperwork is required to complete your license.
