Past Due Notice

You have received a Past Due billing or renewal notice for your pet's Matthews Animal License. Our records indicate that we mailed the first notice to you approximately six weeks ago, and have not received a response.

Above your name on the card you received is the Reference Number you should use when contacting us about your notice. Also listed on the front of the card is your pet's name, the license fee that is due at this time, and the rabies vaccination expiration date that we have on file for your pet.

If your pet is deceased, you no longer own the pet, you have moved out of the Town of Matthews , or your address is not in the Town of Matthews, please contact us so that we may change our records. If you are outside the Town of Matthews, contact the Animal Services Department in your City or County to find out the licensing requirements for your area.
