Senior License Fees

To renew a lifetime license for a pet owned by a senior citizen via email:

1. Send us an email with the pet owner's name, as well as the name of the pet you are applying for.
2. If you have received a mailing from us, include the 9-digit reference number found to the right of your pet's name.
3. Include the owner's contact information in the email. Contact information includes street address, mailing address, phone numbers (home, work and cell) and email address.
4. Include any changes to the pet's information, such as a new microchip number.
