Instructions to License Online
Ready to renew your license? You are eligible to license online if you have received a renewal notice or a blue or yellow billing card in the mail and you are not required to submit an updated rabies vaccination certificate. Please have your notice ready, and click here to begin. A $1.95 service fee will apply for each electronic payment.
If you are not eligible for online licensing, you no longer have the reference number from your notice, or you prefer to pay by another method, click here to view your other payment options.
- A current rabies vaccination certificate is required if the rabies vaccination on file has expired. Please check your certificate for correct address and pet information.
- Proof of spay/neuter, such as a signed statement from a veterinarian or an invoice for services, is required if the pet has been altered since the last licensing period and you are applying for the lower spayed/neutered license fee.
The cost for licensing unaltered pets is higher than for licensing spayed or neutered pets in order to promote sterilization and to reduce pet overpopulation.
