Payment Options

You may license by mail and pay for your license with a check or money order made payable to "City of Eugene."

You may license online and pay for your license with a Visa or MasterCard. A convenience fee will apply per transaction. Multiple pets can be licensed in one transaction.

You may license in person at the Greenhill Humane Society at 88530 Green Hill Road in Eugene. Licenses are also available at many local veterinary clinics. Please bring a copy of your pet's current rabies certificate and proof of spay/neuter (if applicable).
